Attorney, Thomas A. Truex, has been practicing in Davie, Florida, in the Western portion of Broward County, near Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, and Plantation, since 1985. Attorney Truex represents many corporations engaged in the leasing, equipment financing, foodservice and foodservice equipment supply in their collections efforts. He also represents individuals in defense of foreclosures and other collection matters.

Truex is a participant in numerous community outreach programs. He is currently the Mayor of Davie, Florida. Thomas Truex has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1982. He is a member of the General and Bankruptcy Trial Bar of the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida. He is an experienced litigator who is in court himself on a frequent basis. He has extensive experience in negotiating favorable settlements for our clients when that is the best course of action to be taken.
